Please do not copy our photos, text, or designs for commercial use, attempt to break into the site, or use it in a way that interferes with other visitors. Everything on this site is owned by U.S. Pool Professionals or used with permission.

Service descriptions, timelines, and any pricing ranges shown here are general information, not offers. Every pool is different. The only binding terms for your project are the ones in the written proposal or contract we both sign.

• We provide written proposals that describe the scope, materials, price, and payment schedule for your project.
• Work begins after you approve the proposal in writing and any required deposit is received.
• Changes to scope after work starts are documented in a written change order with any price or schedule impact before the change is made.
• Schedules are good faith estimates. Weather, permitting, inspections, and material availability can shift dates in North Texas, and we will keep you informed.

When a contract is signed at your home rather than at our showroom, Texas and federal law generally give you three business days to cancel in writing. Your written agreement will state the cancellation rights and deadline that apply to your project. Cancellation instructions are included with every home solicitation contract.

Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Unpaid balances may accrue interest and collection costs as allowed by Texas law. As a licensed contractor we may have lien rights under Texas Property Code Chapter 53 for unpaid work, which we exercise only as a last resort.

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms, length, and coverage are stated in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on pumps, heaters, filters, automation, and finishes are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you. Warranties do not cover damage from neglected water chemistry, freeze events, storms, misuse, or work performed by others.

U.S. Pool Professionals holds Texas Contractor License TICL #841, regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We build and service pools in line with Texas health and safety requirements, including applicable pool enclosure and drain safety rules, and we pull permits and coordinate inspections with your city where required.

To the extent Texas law allows, our liability for any claim connected to this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work at issue, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a disagreement comes up, call us first at (972) 653-2199 or email info@uspoolpros.com; most issues get solved with a conversation. Any dispute that cannot be worked out will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Rockwall County, Texas, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here on the date you use the site is the version that applies.
