Who we are
U.S. Pool Professionals is a family owned pool company based at our Rockwall, Texas showroom, serving Rockwall and Greater DFW. We hold Texas Contractor License TICL #841, regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. You can reach us any time at (972) 653-2199 or info@uspoolpros.com.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to quote and perform pool work:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and service address.
- Project details you share, like pool size, equipment, photos, and the work you want done.
- Service and billing records, including appointments, invoices, and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic website data, such as pages viewed, browser type, and general location, collected through standard web logs and cookies.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect sensitive data such as health, biometric, or precise geolocation information.
How we use your information
- To respond to calls, quote requests, and messages.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on pool service, repair, remodeling, and construction work.
- To send invoices, receipts, and appointment reminders.
- To keep records required for warranty, permitting, and licensing purposes.
- To improve our website and understand which services customers are looking for.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling and invoicing software, payment processor, and our lending partner if you ask us about financing. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers and crew.
Your rights under Texas law
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights over their personal data. Subject to the law and any exemptions that apply to us, you may:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete personal data you provided or that we collected about you.
- Obtain a portable copy of data you gave us, when it is technically feasible.
- Opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising. We do not do either.
To make a request, call (972) 653-2199 or email info@uspoolpros.com with the words "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, with one 45 day extension if a request is complex. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General if you disagree with the outcome.
Cookies and website analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to measure general traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a Global Privacy Control signal that we honor as an opt out request where it applies. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
How long we keep records
We keep project, warranty, and financial records for as long as we need them to support your pool, honor warranties, and meet Texas tax and licensing recordkeeping requirements. When records are no longer needed, we dispose of them in a way that protects your information, consistent with the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act.
Security and breach notice
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect customer information. No system is perfect. If a breach of sensitive personal information occurs, we will notify affected Texans without unreasonable delay as required by Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 521, and notify the Texas Attorney General when the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the current version.
