If you give us your mobile number and check the box asking for text updates, we may text you about appointments, technician arrival windows, quotes, service follow ups, and account or billing matters. Message frequency varies based on your project and service schedule.

You are never required to agree to text messages in order to get a quote or hire us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can always call us at (972) 653-2199 instead.

• Tell a team member on the phone or in person that you want text updates.
• Reply to a message from our business number to continue the conversation.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also call (972) 653-2199 or email info@uspoolpros.com and ask us to remove your number.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Any promotional text is sent only with your prior express written consent, consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 302, which governs telephone solicitation in Texas. We honor Do Not Call and Do Not Text requests and keep our own internal list of numbers that have opted out.
